Medi-Span Drug File Changes Report: A
weekly report published in Microsoft Excel that identifies US drug file
changes by NDC/UPC/HRI from the previous time period for Multi-Source Codes,
Rx/OTC, Third Party Codes, Maintenance Drug Code, Therapeutic Equivalence
Evaluation (TEE) Codes (Orange Book codes), Generic Product Packaging Code
(GPPC) , Drug Efficacy Study Implementation (DESI) Code, Drug Efficacy Study
Implementation (DESI) Code, Brand Name Code, Dosage Form (4-digit). The
report is published weekly.
